the plot thickens

So. I have not had time to finish my last entry and more things have already happened. I just got home from a wonderful play at the Project Arts Center--- and since I have super awesome connections in the theatre world it was free. Very enjoyable. But that's not even what this is about. I just got home and there has been news of new roommates joining different apartments. Pues, tengo dos muchachas nuevas en mi apartamento. That's right you guessed it. Two new roommates who speak spanish. We just garbled out a conversation about the boost button you have to push to get warm water after morning. Even worse I've never had to use it because Stephanie and I never use all of our warm water. I don't know their names even though they told me what they are, but they know I am Elizabeth. I guess they met Stephanie. I just washed up the rest of the dishes, wiped off the counter tops, and swept the kitchen floor---- I don't really plan on avoiding them and they seem really sweet, but it would be a bit more convenient if we shared a language.
I know at one time I probably could have translated "You need to push the button for warm water at night," at one point, but honestly those skills escape me now.

I'm not meant for this kind of surprise. I couldn't remember the word for water people. AGUA.

Everyone knows agua.

Hahaha.... oh well, this should be interesting.
